The visit was a bit disappointing, no service was performed. Wanted a diagnostic ran on my radiator, what I got was a $6500 quote after not even a half hour of time spent waiting. No charge bc I don't believe the service was even performed. I'm giving 3 stars bc the gentleman was respectful.

Very friendly and helped me get the stripped screw off my license plate. I have come here a few times and they've always been nice and professional. Will be returning in the future.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this shop regarding a headlight issue on my 2018 Jeep Compass, and I want to share my full experience so others can make informed decisions. I originally came in for a headlight replacement and was advised to replace both headlights. My left headlight was working perfectly fine, but I followed their recommendation. When they installed the left headlight, there were no issues. However, after my vehicle had been there for over two hours, when they attempted to install the right headlight, the fuse kept blowing. I left my car with the shop early that next morning, and later that same day I was advised that I needed to replace the entire headlight assembly on the right side of my vehicle. From the beginning, the fact that the fuse kept blowing during installation of the right headlight should have clearly indicated an electrical issue. Instead, I was advised to replace both headlights. This recommendation was made by a manager who is no longer with the company. That same manager also recommended installing a USED headlight, stating that a new one would cost around $1,500. Based on that information, I agreed to move forward

I've been to this location twice for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment), and each time I've received excellent service for a reasonable price. The website always has promo offers, which is a plus. They have a comfortable waiting room and free wi-fi if you choose to wait for service. I'd recommend this location for your service needs.

I got my brakes done here, they did a pretty good job. Afterwards, I was driving on the freeway and my tire almost flew off. Tom had my car towed back, and his crew fixed it very swiftly (I believe one of my studs had broken, which apparently isn’t very common.) He was fair and honest the entire time, and I’m sure he was stressed out by the ordeal, but he made sure it was all fixed for me. I’m very happy about the service and I would absolutely come back when I need more work done. Thank you Tom to you and your workers.
